In keeping with Tradition Seven: “Every group ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions.”
There are no dues for membership in Al-Anon. The only requirement for any contributor to Al-Anon is to be a member, and the only requirement for membership is to be affected by the disease of alcoholism in a friend or relative. When the basket is passed at in-person meetings, we are reminded that all contributions are voluntary.
In addition to supporting the Al-Anon Family Groups (AFGs) of meetings you attend, you can make a direct contribution through this website to the World Service Office (WSO) of Al-Anon Family Group Headquarters, Inc. or to the Northern California World Service Area (NCWSA).
For Pink Can (Institutions) Fund donations, you can click on the NCWSA button above. These contributions provide Al-Anon Conference Approved Literature to those who have found protection in crisis shelters or are confined to hospitals, treatment centers, prisons, jails, or detention centers.
