Invitation To Service

We are looking for an EVENTS COORDINATOR to keep this webpage updated and to plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events for District 11. Support is provided by our Website Maintenance Team and by other dedicated Al-Anon members. Would you like to volunteer?

800x800 Cat Books

District 11 is seeking a WEBSITE COORDINATOR to lead the Website Maintenance Team, to manage the media library, to update WordPress plugins and PDF links on an as-needed basis, to routinely explore the website to ensure that it is functioning correctly, and to serve as a liaison with the website’s hosting company.

The District-level service position of GROUP RECORDS COORDINATOR is now available. This is an opportunity to work closely with the District Rep as a personal assistant, to maintain essential group records for each Al-Anon Family Group within District 11, and to update website information in preparation for each District meeting.

It’s budget season, and we need a BUDGET COORDINATOR to develop an annual budget for review and approval by the Group Representatives within District 11. This individual works closely with the District Treasurer to monitor cashflow for the current budget period, to adjust the budget as necessary as the fiscal year progresses, and to report these adjustments at District meetings.

SERVICE IS A VITAL PART

OF THE AL-ANON PROGRAM

To enrich your Al-Anon experience, please join us in District-level service. This commitment to fulfill the responsibilities of an officer, coordinator, or committee member for District 11 can expand your path to recovery. For more details, please feel free to review our Service Position Descriptions.
